Enjoy in one of our modernly furnished apartments in quiet Erlendorf. Relax in the beautiful garden with fruit trees and several terraces or linger on the adjacent bank of the Gail River. Wherever you are around the apartments, you will retain the wonderful view of the wonderful Dobratsch.

Visit nearby, bustling Villach and unwind in the adjacent Dobratsch nature reserve.

In winter the ski slope with a length of 17 km is a 10-minute drive away, in summer enjoy the many lakes and numerous hiking and biking trails.

The apartment house, with four apartments, stands on a plot of over 3,000 m2. It contains a garden with orchard, a small forest and adjacent flows the river Gail.

On the first floor are two 2-person studios located. The studios are suitable for 1 or 2 persons and are fully furnished and fully equipped. The studios both have a private outdoor seating area where sheltered dining or relaxing can be enjoyed.

From the central hall via a fixed staircase you reach a spacious 4-person apartment with a spacious sitting area and complete kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The first bedroom has a double box spring, in the second bedroom you will find two single beds, which can be made into one on request.

Upstairs in the apartment house, under robust oak beams, you will find a spacious loft. From the living area there is a fantastic view of the garden and the Dobratsch beyond.
