Berghaus Christel - Dreiländereck

The house was built with attention to detail. We have furnished it with just as much love. A warm, cozy house with many natural elements where everyone feels welcome. Our chalet has a ground floor, a first floor and a loft. It has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 adults and 3 children (up to 12 years). The underfloor heating throughout the house is always pleasantly warm. A fully equipped kitchen, WiFi Internet, barbecue in the garden and much more.
Through the patio door in the living room you enter the 30 m wide garden, which is oriented to the south. The balcony of 2.50 m depth also serves as a veranda, in summer you can find shade, in winter you can sit outside without having to clear the snow before. In winter, the shutters keep the cold outside, in summer, the rooms remain pleasantly cool. Directly attached to the house is a carport for your car so that it stays snow-free in winter. In the back of the garden a nice surprise awaits you: a beautiful natural mountain stream!

What is special about our house?

It is located next to the parking lot of the cable car railway Dreiländereck (ski and hiking resort), in a few minutes walk to the valley station of the triple chair lift. Do you want to spend a ski day in Italy or Slovenia? In about 15-25 min you can reach these areas by car, which in summer invite you to hike in the beautiful mountains.

How to reach us:

By car Seltschach is easily accessible via the motorway. Our villa is 4 km from the highway. The Dreiländereck ski area has its own motorway exit. The  to our house is free of snow. You do not need to cross a mountain pass. The tri-border region is very central.

Many (low-cost) airlines fly to modern airports such as Klagenfurt (45 min), Salzburg (2 hours) and Innsbruck (2.30 hours). The Italian airports of Treviso, Marco Polo in Venice (2 hours) and Trieste (1 hour) are good alternative, as is Ljubljana airport (45 min) in Slovenia.

By train is also a good option to reach our chalet. There is a very good connection via Munich-Salzburg-Villach (after 15 minutes by taxi you reach Seltschach, the village where our chalet is located). Also visit the page www.bahnhofshuttle.at!
