Our house offers carinthian cuisine, as well as a variety of our products from our own farm, which are sold "from the farm", as well as rooms with a view.
The house shines since the big renovation in October 2010 again in new splendor and is thus a meeting place for all kinds of festivities and a place for nice evenings and nice memories. Already in the entrance area you discover things with antiquity value and tell the stories. Throughout the house you will discover many little things that have been handed down from generation to generation and lovingly repealed. Now they give the house a certain flair. Our regulars always find a nice spot in the bar-counter at the modern bar, where they can relax and enjoy their coffee and chat. Everyone is welcome and can enjoy the view of the Karavanke through the panoramic window.
Our separate dining room, equipped with a cozy tiled stove, offers space for 45 guests for birthday parties, weddings, christenings, stag nights, courses. Everything is possible here. Also, the little guests are not too short, because for them there are children's birthday parties including petting zoo. In our menu you will find typical home cooking such as Ottis homemade Kasnudl or the juicy roast pork from the wood oven. We also have a delicious Brettljause with products from our own farm. Otherwise, we cook on order, where the chef of the house with delicious grill plates, tender steaks and delicious sauces trumps. Our separate dining room with tiled stove can accommodate up to 45 people, so nothing stands in the way of your celebration. Room with a view
The large house not only offers enough space for culinary delights, but also space for holiday guests, business travelers and employees of nearby companies. Special conditions for long-term bookers, as well as different room categories and hospitality are the nuts and bolts at Gasthof Johann Oitzl.
Our guest rooms are decorated in a rural style - just like a farmhouse. The south-facing rooms also offer stunning views of the Karawanken Mountains. But those who love the lively court life, will be happy with the north-facing rooms.
