Inside: fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, small electrical appliances, TV, Bluetooth music system, washer-dryer (washing machine with drying function), bathroom with walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub, 2 toilets

There is a key safe on site so that you can arrive at any time.

All bookings are made by phone and / or email. In the event that presence is required for a specific reason, there is a contact person on site.

conditions

A residential unit of 140 sqm including terrace and garden area is rented out for sole use. The holiday flat has its own entrance on the ground floor and does not have to be entered through a common staircase. Consumption costs and local taxes are already included in the rental price. Gas barbecue and sauna are available for use. Gas/wood may need to be added or refilled for use.
