After years of travelling the world developing her culinary skills, Tici Kaspar, a native of Villach, has returned home to Carinthia. The passionate cook describes cooking as her very own personal attitude to life. She skilfully combines local products with international recipes. Her career started at the award-winning restaurant (Haubenrestaurant) Urbani Weinstuben.
This was followed by national and international career positions as well as being voted as Austria's best young talent. After that, she was able to implement her ideas and experiences according to her own ideas in her own restaurant and delicatessen shop "Tici Kaspar" on Lake Längsee. Since the birth of her son, she has been offering private cooking and cooking classes for adults and children. Her main focus is on regional, very high-quality products and the gentle, refined preparation of the food.
For two years now, Tici Kaspar has been taking part in every KÜCHENKULT Event and is therefore an indispensable part of the KÜCHENKULT Family.
