For the safety of all of us, we continue to strictly adhere to the published Covid-19 guidelines for gastronomy and accommodation. We ask for your help and personal responsibility in the future, so that you can enjoy your holiday and are safe. The trip cancellation insurance we offer from Europäische Reiseversicherung now also covers trip interruption or cancellation due to a guest suffering from COVID-19. Please contact us for further information. Please note that a COVID-19 illness of a guest without insurance does not allow free cancellation, as it is now an insurable illness.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we have adapted our cancellation conditions in favor of our guests as follows:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
13 to 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the booking value for 2 adults
6 to 1 day before arrival the cancellation costs amount to 70% of the booking value for 2 adults
In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, the full booking value is due.
All other hotelier terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Enjoy your holiday in our hotel with only 19 rooms and a maximum of 36 guests in our extremely spacious area. With over 5000 square meters of open space, every guest enjoys the luxury of over 130 square meters all to themselves. Gentle flower hills and a fine gravel beach with non-swimmer-friendly access to Lake Faak, which reaches temperatures of up to 28 degrees in summer, make our garden an oasis of well-being. Cozy loungers and umbrellas, as well as two kayaks and a stand-up paddle board are waiting for you. We offer you an exceptionally large breakfast buffet every day from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. In order to give our guests the opportunity to organize the day individually according to their mood, we as a bed and breakfast hotel deliberately do not offer half-board arrangements. If you're feeling peckish between meals, we serve cakes, tarts, snacks and a selection of sundaes all day long. Our large and mediterranean terrace is only for hotel guests. Of course, we would be happy to advise you on restaurant recommendations and take over the table reservation for you. Our wellness area is exclusively available to you as a private spa. A Finnish sauna, a steam bath and a deep heat cabin will make you sweat. A terrace with a breathtaking view over Lake Faaker See is attached to the relaxation room. We would be happy to book a massage or manicure/pedicure for you. Round off your vacation day in the evening by candlelight on our terrace with a good glass of wine and relaxing music. As the only adults-only hotel with private lake access to Lake Faaker See, adult guests and families with children over the age of 12 are very welcome. The rooms in our hotel are largely barrier-free thanks to the lift. Some of our rooms are also designed for wheelchair users. The rooms in the “Classic Double Room” category offer a bright, colorful atmosphere with wooden floors and furniture, armchair with floor lamp, shower/toilet, hair dryer, flat screen, desk, radio, safe and minibar. From this room category we have two rooms: One is barrier-free and this also has a rear, side, barrier-free terrace with a wonderful view of the garden and lake. In the second room, the living room is separated from the bedroom by a connecting door. This room is not barrier-free and has neither a balcony nor a terrace.

Some of our Superior Junior Suites have a comfortable pull-out couch.
Three Superior Junior Suites have a comfortable, large double bed (cannot be separated into two single beds). The toilet and bathroom are separate in these suites. Four superior junior suites can be equipped with either two single beds (twin) or one double bed. Only these suites have TWO fully equipped bathrooms (each with shower/toilet and hairdryer).
