FIS Nordic WSC 2023 Planica
February 21st to March 5th
The world´s elite of Nordic winter sports will meet in Planica (Slovenia) in spring 2023. Only 20 minutes by car from the wonderful region of Villach. The FIS World Championships in ski jumping, cross-country skiing and Nordic combined will take place from February 21 to March 5.
From Carinthia you only have to cross the border and drive near the Slovenian town of Kranjska Gora right into the "Valley of the Jumps" in Planica. There you will find the modern Nordic sports venue - it will be the center of attention for 14 days and the scene of more than 20 medal decisions.
Competitions
- Small hill, large hill competition for women's, men's, team and mixed events
- 12 different disciplines in cross-country skiing
- Four different disciplines of Nordic combined inikl. mixed team competition
