From the covered underground parking space (max. height 2.1m! Not possible with Jetbox) you can reach the apartments via a few steps at the entrance to the house 2.1. You can expect a 50 sqm feel-good oasis, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, a living/dining area with sleeping alcove incl. bunk bed and a kitchen.
You can enjoy your morning coffee at LUXESCAPE on the covered balcony with a view of the mountains, so you can decide whether you want to go to the mountains or go to the lake in the valley for water sports.
The nearby gondola at the middle station (accessible on foot) takes you to the Gerlitzen summit so that you can do a few turns on the slopes in winter or cycle down the trail on a mountain bike in summer, soar into the air on a paraglider or explore the hiking trails.
The amount of the local tax is set by the tourist association and adjusted if necessary. We have no influence on changes.

Since we unfortunately cannot welcome you personally, there is a self-check-in to ours Apartments. The key is located on the wall in a marked key box at the respective parking spaces in underground car park entrance No. 4. You will receive the combination for the key boxes by email one day before arrival. When you check out, put the key back in the respective key box.
Here is some more information about getting there:
You take a ticket at the bottom of the toll booth, you throw this ticket in the trash at the top of the apartment, there is already a ticket for your stay in the apartment. When you drive into the valley, please put this ticket in the toll gate so that it is activated and you can then go up again, even if the gate is open when you drive down! This is your ticket for the entire stay, take good care of it and put it in the car straight away. We also recommend that you shop in the valley when you arrive, as there are no shops up there.
