- Our apartment prices include all additional costs such as visitor's tax (for 2 adults!), electricity and final cleaning.
- The price also includes the use of the beach Faak am See including a bathing cabin.
- On your arrival, you will receive the Erlebnis Card, which offers you a free animation programme, after you have completed the registration form.
- Our apartments are equipped with all bed linen, table linen and towels. We automatically change the towels twice a week. If you need fresh towels, you are welcome to let us know.
- Of course we also offer you our breakfast bakery service at the prices of our baker.
- You can pay with Maestro/EC card, VISA, Mastercard and in cash until your departure. Please note that your Maestro/EC card has a corresponding limit.
- If you wish, you can of course also pay the rental costs in advance by bank transfer to our bank account at the latest on the day of arrival.

Our apartments are usually available from 14 o'clock. So that we can properly clean and prepare your apartment for the next guests on your departure, we ask you to check out by 10 am the latest.

Direction Germany or Vienna: A2 motorway exit Villach - Faaker See
Bear left direction Drobollach. At the Villa "Das Platzl" turn right to Faak am See. Drive through Faak am See, turn left after 500m and follow the B85 federal road. Turn right at the crossing, after 500m you will see our house. We wish you a pleasant journey!
