The ca. 45qm large apartment is located on the upper floor of the outbuilding and is fully equipped.

In it are:

One bedroom with double bed and enough storage space. A bathroom with WC, shower with towels and many storage spaces. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the living room with a small living area and access to the balcony. An additional room (currently storage space) can also be used as bedroom (1 single bed).

The apartment can be reached via its own locked access. In front of the house there is a sitting area which can be used (e.g. barbecue).

There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries etc. in the area.

A local railway line runs about 100m away and only freight trains can be heard.

Bicycles can be parked in the lower area. A parking place is available on the area.
