Holiday home in Ledenitzen, 55 m2. The bungalow is located near the edge of the forest and is 4 km from Lake Faakersee and 2 km from Lake Aichwald and is rented with the use of our private beach in Egg and is located in the countryside, in an absolutely quiet, sunny location, equipped with a lawn and garden furniture
.Immediately in In addition to sporting opportunities, you will also find numerous recommended culinary places nearby, such as a steakhouse or a wine tavern. The holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and is rented with free use of our private beach 4 km away.
There is also a rowing boat on the beach for free use.
Dogs are not allowed in our holiday home.
Living room with kitchenette, fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc. Sat/TV, double couch - also suitable for sleeping. Hallway, separate bathroom/toilet, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The rooms are equipped with laminate floors.
* Towels and bed linen are provided.
* You can do regular hand and bath towel changes yourself as required and we will wash them.
* From a booking of 9 days or more, we will be happy to change the bed linen for you at half-time and vacuum the apartment.
* Included in the price, local tax and electricity. If required, the pellet heating system can be put into operation for a small additional fee. A final cleaning of EUR 60 will also be charged separately. Free of charge: use of the private beach and adventure card for the region.

Dear guest, An arrival in our house is possible from 2pm to 8pm at any time, in case of late arrival we ask for an announcement of your arrival time. If the holiday home is not available until midday, you can in the meantime like to visit our beach or take a walk.
