You live in the former farmhouse at about 800m above sea level in close proximity to the beautiful Carinthian lakes and surrounded by the spectacular backdrop of the Carnic Alps.

The completely renovated century-old farm offers two modern open vacation apartments. One in the oldest part of the farm and one in the former barn.

Around the farm are extensive, cultivated meadows and an old orchard - the apple, cherry and plum blossom is a colorful experience year after year. Besides chickens, the farm is currently home to horses, goats and sheep. With the neighbors there are cows and all kinds of feathered fowl.

Whether a romantic weekend, location for the special occasion, winter magic, swimming fun, trekking or cycling tour, adventure vacation for kids - the Sattlerhof is the starting point for everything - and private retreat at the same time.

Apartment 1: A duet of rustic modernity

The apartment is part of a historic Carinthian farmhouse and was completely renovated and modernized by the beginning of 2020. On over 50 m² square meters, the cozy rooms offer a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with historic tiled stove, a spacious bedroom with connection to shower & toilet and two direct accesses to the rain-protected panoramic terrace.

Apartment 2: Unique Stadel-Loft with gallery

The completely renovated Stadel-Loft - formerly the stable of a century-old farm - is equipped with all the comforts of a modern, open-plan apartment. Located on the 1st floor of the historically renovated barn building, it offers 120 m² of living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, shower & WC, as well as an additional sleeping and playing gallery under the almost 8 meter high roof gable.
