- from the north or west: take the Salzburg Tauern Autobahn (A10) to Villach West-Ossiacher See heading towards Feldkirchen, then turn right towards Ossiacher See Süduferstraße until Ostriach
- from the east: federal road B17 over Semmering to St. Veit an der Glan, through Feldkirchen towards Villach, continue to Ossiacher See on the Süduferstraße until Ostriach or take the A2 motorway to the Villach interchange, then the Tauern Autobahn towards Salzburg until exit Villach-Ossiacher See, then Süduferstraße to Ostriach
By Train
to Villach main station via Graz, Vienna, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Italy or Slovenia
From the station, you can either continue: via taxi, via bus, or the train shuttle that must be booked by 8 PM the day before (www.bahnhofshuttle-kaernten.at)
