Enjoy your holidays with us in our family- and child-friendly atmosphere directly on the lake. You find everything you need for your relaxing holidays. If you want to spend your holidays more in an athletic way, you can find a lot of different watersports in the area nearby – like swimming, diving, windsurfing, sailing, rowing, water skiing or riding a banana. Close to our holiday homes you can find tennis courts, play table tennis, a bicycle rental for your wonderful cycling trip around lake Ossiacher See, play mini golf, trampolining and summer tobogganing in Ossiach. And not to forget fisherman can catch fishes – especially carps. For your relaxing holidays you will find diverse shopping, athletics, cultural and leisure time scopes as well as many restaurants around the lake or in the nearby Feldkirchen and Villach. Feeling well in our holiday homes

Both holiday homes are comfortably equipped for two till four people and have a balcony or terrace with a beautiful view to lake Ossiacher See. The holiday homes have SAT-TV and all kitchen have the necessary equipment (cook ware, dishes, coffee machine etc.). On demand you will get a cot for your child from us.  

Holiday home „Heidi“ on ground floor

The lake to your feet and you can enjoy your holidays in our holiday home „Heidi“ on ground floor of „Seeheim Heidi“. The flat is about 60 sqm with a bedroom, a living room (with a sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom, winter garden and a large terrace.

Holiday home „Seerose“ on first floor

A beautiful wide view to the lake – this provides the holiday home „Seerose“ upstairs in our „Seeheim Heidi“. The flat is about 55 sqm with two bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, bathroom and two balconies.  

Bungalow „Seeblick“

You sit on the balcony almost directly over the water as if it were a houseboat - this is how you can relax in our “Seeblick” bungalow. It’s about 52 m2 - consisting of bedroom, living room with sofa bed, separate dining area in the winter garden, kitchen, shower and toilet, and a balcony.
