Ferienhaus Julia Sattendorf am Ossiacher See

The family home with a living space of 140 m² was newly renovated and furnished as well as lovingly decorated in 2022/23. 

In the paterre are the following rooms:

Small room for wardrobe
Bathing suits, winter or hiking equipment can be stored as well.

The modern kitchen has a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an electric stove with oven.
Crockery (plates, bowls, pots, pans), glasses, coffee cups & cutlery are also sufficiently available.
Toaster, filter coffee maker (including filter) & hand mixer - cleaning utensils are provided too

Dining room
From the spacious kitchen you enter directly into the dining room. The large dining table  has seats for 6 people. A Tripp Trapp/high chair for children can also be provided upon request.

Living room
From the dining room a round arch leads into the cozy living room. Next to the sofa, you can relax on a wing chair. If you don't want to watch TV, you can go directly from the living room to the large terrace with a partial view of Lake Ossiach.

Outdoor terrace
A garden set/bench made of solid wood are suitable for 8 people. In the evening you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine from this side of the cottage.

Insider Tip:
If the weather is fine, the charcoal barbecue can be used for a cozy barbecue evening. On the day of arrival, we can provide barbecue coal on request at the usual local price. It will be deposited in the cupboard next to the garden set.

Bicycles can be parked on the terrace, which is covered by the massive house roof, on the garden side; however, they must be locked by yourself. We are not liable for theft or damage. The same applies to winter sports equipment (skis, snowboards, etc.).

Garden & Pets

Our small garden is adorned by a huge walnut tree, which provides valuable shade on many a hot day. The children's swing is available for use - however parents are liable for their children.
Due to the extensive renovation work & in view of consideration of the guests following you, we ask for your understanding that we do not accommodate pets.

On the upper floor there are the following rooms:

The paterre to the upper floor can be reached by a massive staircase with handrail.

Newly renovated bathroom

Through a sliding glass door you enter the newly renovated bathroom. This is equipped with a barrier-free shower. Cosmetic utensils can be stored in the vanity cabinets. There are also storage possibilities in the wall cabinets. The window sill can also be used as a shelf.A modern LED-lit mirror invites you to make yourself pretty for a nice evening.

The toilet was also newly renovated in 2023 - with a window facing the side street.

Room with balcony (balcony door)

The spacious room with about 14 m² is equipped with a boxspring bed (180 x 200 ). The closet offers enough space for a lot of luggage. Two suitcases could also be stored in this wardrobe. For dust mite allergy sufferers are welcome to remove the carpet runners next to the bed.
A double door leads to the balcony. From the corner balcony you can see the garden and a have a partly view onto the lake. A small wooden bench and an acapulco chair invite you to relax.

Balcony

The balcony is additionally accessible through a single balcony door from the hallway. Laundry can be dried on a clothes horse.

The largest of the three rooms with about 16 m² is also equipped with a boxspring bed (180 x 200). In this room the spruce floor was newly renovated and sealed.

One of the two windows offers a beautiful view of Lake Ossiach.
In addition, there is a TV in this room.

"Fly screens are only installed in one of the two windows, but can also be clicked in for the second window on request."

Room with lake and forest view (1 window without balcony).

The smallest of the three rooms with about 8 m² has a double bed/boxspring bed (160 x 200m). A small closet is of course also available in this room. A fly screen can also be installed for this window on request.
