The Sonnenhügel is situated on the sunny side of lake "Ossiacher See" at the foot of the "Gerlitzen Alpe" in the heart of Carinthia. Only 150m to the lake, 1.300m to the cable car station "Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn"

by car:
A10 Tauernautobahn: second exit Villach = Villach-Ossiachersee - keep left "Ossiacher See Nord" (towards Feldkirchen) to Sattendorf (about 3 km) - if you reach Sattendorf, take the first left - our hotel is located on the left hand side of the Dorfstraße
A2 Südautobahn: Villach junction - A10 towards Salzburg - first exit Villach (Villach - Ossiachersee) - keep right "Ossiacher See Nord" (towards Feldkirchen) to Sattendorf (about 3 km) - if you reach Sattendorf, take the first left - our hotel is located on the left hand side of the Dorfstraße
by train:
main station Hauptbahnhof Villach - the hotel offers a pick up service - please inform us in advance. Or change to train Villach - Feldkirchen - St. Veit (appr. 1 1/2 hour intervals) and get off at Sattendorf - pick up service (8 minutes walking to the hotel)
by plane:
