start live-chatCarinthia’s slow trails - beautiful footpaths that encourage walkers to relax and slow down - are, in the main, short but spectacular. The 14 slow trails scattered around Austria’s southernmost province are all sources of inspiration and regeneration. And four of these slow trails can be found in the holiday region of Villach - Faaker See – Ossiacher See.
On these gentle, short trails you can enjoy the wonders of nature and the beautiful lakes in the wonderful Carinthian countryside, and leave your cares behind. Benches and resting places along the way invite you to stop, sit down or stretch out for a while. Escape the stresses of everyday life and feel yourself relax on a beautiful walk around the Bleistätter Moor, Afritzer See, Kloster Wernberg and Faaker See slow trails in the heart of Carinthia.
