Toboggan Run Dreiländereck

The longest natural toboggan run in the Villach - Faaker See - Ossiacher See region.

Winter mountain boots with good tread soles (we suggest snowshoes for the ascent), a change of clothing, gloves, warm drinks, first aid, toboggan.

At the valley station of the Dreiländereck, we recommend using the chairlift to get to the Dreiländereck mountain restaurant. From here you follow the sign to the Dreiländereck hut on the right hand side of the slope. The entrance to the toboggan run is located directly below the Dreiländereck hut. Right at the beginning there is a somewhat steeper section, the rest of the route is very pleasant - even if not completely (short sections) consistently - to ride on. Motivated mountaineers can climb the ascent to the Dreiländereck hut along the toboggan run on foot (approx. 700 Altitude difference, 7.2 km, approx. 2 3/4 hours)

Arnoldstein can be reached at regular intervals by public transport. From the center you can walk or take the bus to the Dreiländereck valley station.
