Our Almhouse is located in a sunny and quiet panoramic location at 1050 m above sea level on the Verditz near Afritz in the Carinthian Nock Mountains. The south of our house offers a spectacular view of the area and Drautal and up to the Karawanken with the striking Mittagskogel.
We are accessible all year round on a public road, from Afritz 4 km.

Hardly anyone can escape the fascination of the unique beauty and naturalness of the landscape and the mild, southern climate.

In spring, summer and autumn, you can start hiking and mountain bike tours towards Schwarzsee, Palnock, Rindernock or Mirnock with a 360 ° panoramic view right from the front door.

To cool down and relax, the heated pool in the garden or the nearby lake Afritzersee awaits you for swimming or fishing.
