Our neat (Non smoking) cottage has 50m² living space and offers enough space for up to 4 people. Divided into a 30m² living room with integrated kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and so on. This living room is also equipped with 2 single sofas and is used as needed as a second bedroom. Furthermore, our Feirenhaus has a separate bedroom with double bed, a large bathroom with washing machine and toilet. Our house invites you to linger in a small flowered garden and a cozy terrace. A barbecue is also available for our guests. Also a private parking. We also offer satellite TV and internet access. A pellet stove provides warmth even in winter, in addition to central heating. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the main train station, the old town of Villach including its bars, cafes and restaurants. In the closest neighborhood there is also an excellent inn and a few small shops. Also, the bike path is located in front of our garden door and offers our guests the opportunity to use the "Alpe Adria Trail" extensively. Welcome to the holiday home Villach!
