Advent in Villach

The City with an Advent Glow

The historic city centre of Villach has a special atmosphere during the Christmas season when the church tower of the Stadtpfarrkirche glows like a lit candle above the roofs. Socialise at the decorated huts, enjoy culinary delights and the glimmering lights and let the scent of freshly baked biscuits inspire you with a joyful anticipation of Christmas.

While the children skate at the ice rink on the town hall square, the market exhibitors present a wide variety of handmade gifts. This is Advent in Villach, the city of light!
