The Seehotel is located directly on Lake Ossiacher See with its own lawn and bathing beach, changing rooms, children's playground, table tennis and deck chairs. All rooms have a lake view and have a bath or shower (new from 2018: all bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer), toilet, refrigerator, satellite TV and a cozy glass veranda. For our hotel guests we have lockable, wind and weatherproof bike parking spaces directly at the hotel. We generally offer half board, the food is served in the Hotel Birkenhof (main building) just 80 meters away. We cook everything ourselves and use the herbs from our garden.

As far as the Villach NORD / Ossiacher See exit - towards Feldkirchen - 2.4 km after Sattendorf, there is a direction sign 200 m in front of the hotel.
