The cozy house is located on the outskirts of Villach, conveniently located near lakes, ski areas, near the motorway exit Faaker See.

It can accommodate up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2-3 children. The small garden is ideal to relax or to throw on the grill. The living room and the kitchen were lovingly renovated in January 2018. The host family has even 2 children, a dog and three cats who are looking forward to attention :-)

The house built around 1880 convinces with cosiness. Everyone who enters it feels at home immediately. The newly furnished kitchen in country house style invites you to cook, eat and linger. The cozy dining area complements the urban country house style. The spacious living room can also be heated with a small stove and can accommodate the whole group.

If required, children's toys can be provided!
The entire house including terrace and a small garden is at guests' disposal.
The host family lives in the house next to the guesthouse and is available for questions and tips!
