Helmet, suitable mountain bike, drinking water and pulse belt ;-)

From the starting point there is a very steep tractor / forest path up to the highest point, where you branch off to the left and cycle down a steep gravel path (watch out for loose stones!) At the end of the steep section, turn left and shortly afterwards follow the road to the starting point . At the junction with the road, be cautious, as it is a public road and the intersection is difficult to oberserve completely .Stop for a moment to stay safe.
