From Bleiberg-Kreuth you walk along the village road in the direction of Fuggertal and along the wide path along the avalanche slopes (path no.11) to the east. After a few minutes, you have to turn left (barrier) and follow the steep gravel road until the first turn. Here you leave the road and turn onto a steep path (path no. 12). Part of this stage lead over a sandy path to a place where you can rest, right next to an old mining tunnel.. Follow the narrow and steep path through the forest below the Sattlerock (east of the Sattlergraben). The narrow sand path has to be crossed by using a rope (already attached).

Follow the numerous serpentines upwards towards the peak called Zeber (1,480 m) a saddle between Sattler- and Zebernock. Before the "Zeber" the narrow path becomes less steep and you cr have to cross a downhill slope. At "Zeber" follow the signpost (path no. 288) towards Zebernock. The following section is easy and you can relax for a bit. After the short descent from the Zebernock you reach a small saddle. Here begins the rocky eastern ridge of the Kobesnock. Here is the "cold hole", a huge rock window which is crossed on the northern side of the ridge. Now the you have to change to the southern side of the ridge and over a short but steep path the way leads uphill to the summit cross of the Kobesnock. After a refreshing break, you you have to cross the steep but considerably simplier Westgrat towards the Wertschacher Alm. On the Wertschacher Alm (1.590 m), you can stop off at the hut and have a snack. Directly at the hut, the path leads to the Schneidergraben to the left. A pleasant, moderately steep alpine trail (path no. 298) leads to a forest road. Again, a short bit must be crossed by using the attached ropes - be careful. The forest road continues downhill until you reach a bend with a signpost saying “Theresienhof” (route no. 11). Immediately at the beginning, the riverbed of the Schneidergraben has to be crossed. Follow the wide path and easy path until you reach some nice meadows. Crosse these and walk on towards "Theresienhof". At a farmstead, the path becomes a paved road and at the next junction turn left and walk back to the starting point.
