Starting point of the tour is the parking area at Gerlitzen cable railway in Annenheim. From here, head west to the supermarket "Billa". Turn right after the supermarket and follow the side road to the small town of Treffen am Ossiacher See. Follow the main road to the junction Köttwein / Pilzmuseum (=Mushroom Museum) / Hinterbuchholz. Here turn right and follow the small road up to Hinterbuchholz. From there you cylcle downwards towards Arriach and the main federal road. There you turn right and follow the road until the junction of the toll road up to the Gerlitzen Alpe on the right hand side. This road leads directly to the summit of the Gerlitzen Alp, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the whole of Carinthia. The descent is on the same street. Please drive slowly and carefully and pay attention to upcoming cars. Back in the valley turn to the right towards Klösterle / Himmelberg. Follow this road to Himmelberg. At the end of that village, you have to go uphill and then straigh ahead. At a bend to the left there is turn to the right (a bit hidden), which you have to follow uphill. Follow this road to Schleichenfeld. From here continue to Nadling and Tiffen until you come back to the main road. Follow this road to the right until the junction Ossiach. Cross the railway lines carefully and go on to the south bank of the lake. Follow the long and straight road until you have to turn right towards Ossiach. Cycle along the south shore of the lake until you reach the Robinson Club Landskron, where the cycle path turns off to the right at a crosswalk. Follow this cycle path until you reach the main road in Landskron, where you turn right and follow the street back to the starting point.
