Two culinary options are available at the castle restaurant: good value traditional cuisine or, for more demanding gourmets, fresh affordable haute-cuisine.
Surrounded by the spectacular backdrop of Lake Ossiach, the city of Villach, Carinthia’s alpine landscape, the Julian Alps and the Karawanken mountain range, guests are spoilt at lunch time and in the evening with traditional dishes in the Bärenstüberl and on the Panorama Terrace, and in the afternoons with home-made cakes. Special haut cuisine and delicacies are offered in the renowned gourmet dining room Kronensaal.
