Farmers Market Faak

Look, munch and shop – to your heart’s content - at the weekly Farmers Market directly on Lake Faakersee. Don’t miss this popular meet-up for young and old! Every Thursday from May to September, thousands of visitors and locals stream the farmers market located at the market area in the town of Faak.

For the past 30 years, visitors have been able to purchase a variety of agricultural produce such as foods and delicacies as well as hand-made artisanal gifts and crafts from the stalls of artists and crafts people. Enjoy smoked bacon sandwiches, honey schnapps and apple juice in the pleasant atmosphere, stroll through the market and sample some of the many Carinthian delicacies on offer at the stands.
Every Thursday from 2 May to 26 September from 17:00 to 22:30 (with the exception of the European Bike Week).
