Warmbad - Napoleonswiese

The tour through the spa area of Warmbad impresses with its easy accessibility, the diverse topics on the edge of the path and the easy route on cleared paths throughout.

Starting from the train station, cross Warmbader Straße to the Kärnten Therme and further along to the café Parklounge in Warmbaderhof. On the way back, we recommend stopping for a warming drink and taking a look at the calendar of events.

Follow the asphalted road to the right and reach the Kurpark at a signposted intersection. Here you turn left and in a few minutes you reach the Chapel of the Holy Trinity. From here an ascending path - once crossing an asphalt road - leads to a birch grove with rugged rock faces in the background.

Branching off to the left, the path leads directly to the barrows on the Napoleonswiese, which are bypassed on the right path. From here, descending and taking the left-hand path, you reach the deer reserve, mostly stocked with fallow deer or horses. Following the signs, you go back to the starting point via the footwalk of the Kadischenallee.

Warmbad can be reached at regular intervals by public transport.
