Dobratsch - Rosstratte

Easy and sunny winter hike for the whole family.

A short culinary stop in the Rosstrattenstüberl is recommended to warm up on the way.

Winter clothing and good footwear (winter hiking boots, snowshoes) are recommended.

The start of this winter hike is at the Aichingerhütte. The prepared winter hiking trail leads to Höhenrain and from there on towards car park 11. At the large Tafel nature park, follow the trail north and then east again. Then follow the path back to the Aichingerhütte.

The Roststratte can also be reached by shuttle bus from the Dobratsch Nature Park from Villach Central Station.
