The apartment has been totally renovated and refurnished newly and comfortably. It is located on the second floor (with lift) at the east side of the house Balthasar. The apartment is centrally heated and consists of an anteroom with kitchenette, bath/toilet, bedroom and a bed-sitting-room with adjacent balcony. It measures 47m2 and can be occupied by 4 persons.
For entertainment two satellite televisions, radio and family games are available.
The kitchenette consists of dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, sink and cupboards with dishes.
The bed-sitting room and bedroom have two single beds, each with continuous mattress for a healthy sleep.
A large indoor swimming pool (20m x 5m) is located in the house. As a matter of course shower, toilets and changing rooms are part of the facilities. Furthermore, a room with washing machine and drier is located next to the swimming pool (for a fee).
In the village of Bodensdorf you can find further facilities such as supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, pubs, night club, etc.
The apartment block Kaspar + Melchior + Balthasar (K + M + B) is located directly on the beach. A private beach for non-swimmers and a jetty (shower and changing room are available), as well as a surf platform and jetty for easy take-off and landing are also part of the facility.
You have to bring your own linen or rent it for a one-time fee of EUR 10.00 per person (with a 2-week booking, the linen is free of charge).

The comfortable holiday flat is a non-smoking flat and has been completely renovated and furnished to a very high standard with a lot of love. A few days before you start your trip, I will send you the apartment key and the Erlebnis Card free of charge. Your key locks the front door of the house, the apartment, the indoor swimming pool, the cellar door and the barrier to the entrance to the house.
The price includes all costs (free WiFi in the apartment, parking, indoor pool, garden loungers, use of the beach, 2 flat screens - TV in the living room and in the bedroom, electricity, heating, water and garbage).

Mein Name ist Waltraud Bethge und lebe in Augsburg / Deutschland. Ich bin Österreicherin und die Liebe hat mich vor 46 Jahren nach Deutschland geführt. Da mein Herz immer noch an meiner Heimat Österreich hängt, habe ich die Ferienwohnung angeschafft und verbringe sehr viel Zeit mit meiner Familie in Kärnten. Da wir sehr viel Zeit in meiner Ferienwohnung verbringen, ist die Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und wird immer auf den best möglichsten Stand gehalten. Es ist ein wunderschöner Platz um Urlaub zu machen, die Seele baumeln zu lassen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu erreichen. How to get to Ferienwohnung KMB Bethge
The way how to reach the Haus K + M + B
Motorway A 2 - at the motorway cross Villach then you go the A 10 direction Salzburg - Exit Ossiacher See - direction Ossiacher See- you reach the roundabout and take the 2rd exit direction Feldkirchen. After ca. 8 kilometers you will reach Bodensdorf directly after the petrol station right hand drive in the Fischerweg then you cross the railway and right again you will reach in abt. 100 meters the apartmenthous K+M+B.
Please open the barriers so that you can drive to the house entrance (to unload and load your luggage). The lock for the barrier is on the pillar in front of it, you can unlock it from the car. Access to the house is only possible from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. The parking lot is directly at the house.
