Our Apartment house Akzente is situated on the Gerlitzen mountain above Lake Ossiach at an altitude of 4,500 feet
For winter sports enthusiasts as well as active summer holiday-makers, the house, directly beside the slope, is the perfect starting point for holiday fun, whether it's fun on the ski run, enjoying nature or swimming in Lake Ossiach.

A2 Motorway via Klagenfurt in the direction of Villach
from Vienna/Klagenfurt
from Munich/Salzburg
Before the Villach junction (Knoten Villach), drive in the direction of Salzburg/Germany . Exit the motorway after the Unterflurstrasse at the exit “Ossiacher See”. Continue on the B94. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Treffen/Radenthein – B98.
Continue through the town of Treffen. When you exit Treffen you will see the sign “Kanzelhöhe” on the right. Turn right here into the Gerlitzenstrasse and follow this uphill road for approx. 13 km (8 miles). After approx 1,5 km (1 mile) you will reach the toll gate – you have to pay toll when returning on this road. Drive straight ahead at the mid-station of the Kanzelhöhe. After 500 m you drive through the ski lift tunnel. Follow the signs on the information board 150 metres straight ahead.

A10 Motorway via Salzburg in the direction of Villach
