We invite you to the shore of the beautiful Ossiacher See, at the foot of the Gerlitze ski mountain, to our newly renovated holiday flat. Fully equipped with a large flat-screen TV, washing machine, lockable storage for bicycles and skis, the flat with one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room offers enough space for four adults and children. Two balconies or the garden with terrace reveals a breathtaking view of the lake. Make yourself at home!
In addition to the new and inviting furnishings of the flat, the location is impressive. In the evening, the lake view invites you to enjoy. The flat is located about 1 km from the valley station Kanzelbahn Gerlitze (free ski bus 50 m from the house). You can also reach two different lidos on foot within a few minutes. With the Kärnten Card you have countless excursion possibilities at one price (available at the tourist office 50 m from the holiday flat). Baby cot, high chair, sledges are available free of charge on request.

Your host
Having grown up between mountains and lakes, we are happy to be able to offer our guests this experience. Due we are parents too our doors are open to families. In particular, we can recommend the wide range of sports such as skiing on the Gerlitze for all skill levels and ages, water sports on the beautiful Ossiach Lake within walking distance, hiking or horseback riding on the nearby Glis Ranch. Furthermore we recommend the Kärnten Card. Whether for children or adults - the monkey mountain, the Familywald or the eagle show inspire everyone. We are happy to share personal recommendations and experiences with our guests.

How to get to Ferienwohnungen Karasek
Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Please contact us approx. 45-30 minutes before arrival to agree on an exact time (in exceptional cases late arrivals due to traffic jams or weather). You will receive the key personally on site in the apartment. Please do not give your key to anybody else. If you lose the key, please report us immediately. The tenant is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs. On the day of departure please leave the key on the dining table.
