Set in one of the most diverse and beautiful holiday region "Villach-Warmbad-Faaker See-Ossiacher See", holiday guests are welcome to stay during the summer month from 1st Juli to the 14th September 2020, at "Studentenwohnheim tpv Technologiepark Villach - St. Magdalen, in very modern apartements for a very good price. A friendly and motivated team is looking forward to welcome you.

Our student residence was opened in 2012. All apartmens are 36sqm, moderen furnished and offer 2 bedrooms (can also be used as living room), entrance room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet.

All apartments of our modern student housing complex, built in 2012, (which is inhabited throughout the year by students) are bright and friendly, as well as fully furnished. There are a total of about 36 square meters, divided into two rooms (available as a living and / or bedroom), spacious entrance hall with integrated kitchen, and shower room and toilet.

In addition, each room has Internet access, a satellite TV and an in-room safe. The kitchens are equipped with a base of dining and cooking utensils for up to 4 people. The house also has its own parking.

Please note that our residential apartments are non-smoking accommodations! The accommodation of pets is unfortunately not possible!
